- This role would include essential support to partners and legal fee-earners, with responsibilities ranging from drafting and amending documentation, to processing expense claims, the organization of meetings, calls, and travel- along with secretarial responsibilities such as photocopying, filing, and scanning. Require an organized, passionate individual capable of delivering the highest quality of client service and secretarial support.
- Effectively performing admin tasks as requested by fee earners, possessing a full understanding of the firm's house style to produce accurate documentation as well as the ability to prioritize work.
- To maintain up-to-date filing systems to allow fee earners to find and use documents easily and efficiently and also assist generally with document management including storing and archiving of files.
